Last month, AbleGamers spotlighted Quest To Game grant recipient Milan Patel, a streamer and hardcore gamer with muscular dystrophy. Milan found that his disability was growing into an immense barrier that prevented him from continuing to enjoy his favorite hobby: video games. This is where AbleGamers helped Milan kickstart his quest to game, and he hasn’t looked back since.

The Quest to Game grant is made possible through AbleGamers by generous donations from the community. The grant gives recipients custom hardware so that they may game in comfort. After all, for many with disabilities, video games represent something much more profound than just a hobby; they are a way to connect with the world in a way that is truly equal and without barriers.
